Co-Founder
Mike has over 20 years experience in traditional finance. Mike has held previous titles of Head of Global Credit, Emerging Markets, Investment Banking & Client Technology as a Managing Director. He has led teams of over 1300 engineers and product managers to develop market leading trading and risk management platforms.
In the last 5 years, he’s developed deep insights into the web3 ecosystem, from the layer 1 blockchain technologies to utility web3 applications and their potential impact on the economy. He also brings a vast amount of experience from the world of TradFi to the world of DeFi.
Mike strongly believes that certain blockchains will eventually become the underpinning core transactional engines behind global micro-economies, essentially the next evolution beyond web2 and the internet.

In 2014, Hamza was a co-investor and advisor to a bespoke layer one blockchain that was utilised to integrate blockchain solutions to businesses. Hamza has since been immersed in the blockchain sphere by way of investment & advisor.
Hamza's experience includes founding & managing a real estate fund in London (UK) which focuses on prime residential & commercial assets.
Hamza graduated from City University, London, with a BSc Honours in Law & completed the LPC at the College Of Law. Hamza specialised in litigation & property law at a city based law firm in London.
